Contact details you provide in our quote or booking forms (name, email, phone) and your trip details (destination, dates, number of travelers).
If a specific booking requires additional details, we will tell you and request only what is necessary for that service.
Basic technical data (such as IP address and device type) needed to run and secure the website.
If you interact with our Facebook or Instagram accounts or ads, we may receive the information those platforms make available to us based on their settings.
To respond to your requests and to quote and arrange your trip.
To process bookings and payments when applicable.
To send you information related to your request or booking.
To operate and improve our website and our social media accounts.
We do not currently process card payments on this website. When we enable online payment, it will be handled through a secure third-party payment provider, which will process the card details under its own security measures.
We use Meta's APIs to manage and publish content on the Facebook and Instagram accounts managed by Compay Travel. The integration uses the permissions and information necessary for those functions, in accordance with Meta's Platform policies.
We may share the information needed with providers that help us operate the site, manage communications and bookings, process payments and deliver the travel services (for example, accommodation, transfers, excursions and tours).
We may also disclose information where an applicable legal obligation exists. We do not sell your personal data.
We use only the cookies necessary for the website to work. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers (such as Google Analytics or the Meta pixel). If that changes, we will update this policy. You can manage cookies from your browser.
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request or booking, meet legal obligations (for example, accounting) and resolve possible issues; afterward we delete or anonymize it.
You can request to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. We handle requests in accordance with applicable law and may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity. Deletion may be subject to legal retention obligations.
Requests to remove published photos or content can also be sent to that email.
We apply reasonable measures to protect your data. No system is completely infallible, but we work to keep your information safe.
Our booking channels are intended for adults. When a booking includes minors, we may receive from the responsible adult the data needed to manage their trip. We do not knowingly request information directly from children under 13 through the site.
We operate from the United States and serve mainly customers in the USA and Canada. Your data is processed in the United States and by our service providers; if you contact us from another country, your data will be processed in the USA.
