Breakfast at the hotel. Presentation at our office (C/ San Nicolás, 15) for a panoramic tour of the city. On a walking tour through the streets of Madrid's historic center, we will discover emblematic places such as the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol or Plaza de la Villa. Then, we will board one of our buses for a tour of the most outstanding monuments in Madrid. We will contemplate the oldest bridge in Madrid, with spectacular views of the Royal Palace. We will get to know the Gran Vía, the Las Ventas Bullring, we will pass by the Cibeles Fountain and the Puerta de Alcalá, the most famous of the ancient five gates that gave access to Madrid, and the recently renovated Santiago Bernabéu. On the way back, we will see Serrano Street and Atocha Station, concluding at the Plaza de Oriente Car Park, right in front of the Royal Palace.
Free time and presentation again, at the agreed time, at our office to leave for Toledo. We will take a walking tour of the historic city of Toledo, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1986, and a spectacular mix of Arab, Jewish and Christian cultures. Discover its fantastic heritage and see how the coexistence of cultures through the centuries influenced its current architectural style. Through the cobbled alleys we will reach the Cathedral. Built on the remains of an old Arab mosque, it was built during the 13th century and today is one of the most important Gothic cathedrals in Spain. Admire the details of its façade and the great bell tower before entering. Visit its interior and Sacristy, full of works of art, and where fifteen works by El Greco are found. Free time and return to Madrid (end at Plaza de Oriente). Accommodation at the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure west along the highway towards Extremadura, homeland of several discoverers of the new world. Arrival in Mérida, capital of Extremadura. Declared a World Heritage Site, Mérida stands out for its rich historical heritage, including its well-preserved Roman ruins: the theater, the amphitheater, the Roman bridge... Free time and continue to Córdoba, in the past capital of the Caliphate. Accommodation at the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit of the impressive Mosque-Cathedral that will relax our minds and spirits to stroll through the narrow streets of the Jewish Quarter. Then, after a short journey of about two hours, arrival in Seville. Accommodation at the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, a monumental and panoramic tour of the city, including entrance to the Cathedral, the second largest in the Catholic world after St. Peter's in Rome. We will also tour the typical Santa Cruz neighborhood, the natural setting of "Carmen" as well as the place where the myth of "Don Juan" developed, María Luisa Park and Plaza de España... Free afternoon to discover different perspectives and specific flavors of this active city full of light. Accommodation at the hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, departure south along the route of the White Villages towards Ronda; free time to admire this city of Celtic origin with wonderful views of the valley and the mountain. In the afternoon, continue to one of the most modern and important areas of international tourist interest, the Costa del Sol. Accommodation at the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Granada and its incredible and astonishing monumental surroundings, the last bastion of the Nasrid Kingdom of Granada until 1492. Visit of the world-famous Alhambra complex and the Generalife Gardens, fountains, gardens, courtyards that with their views and sounds have inspired authors such as Washington Irving in his "Tales of the Alhambra". Accommodation at the hotel. At night, optionally, Zambra Flamenca show.
