Breakfast at the hotel. Presentation at our office in Estació del Nord for the Barcelona Highlights tour. A half‑day morning tour that will allow us to learn about the city’s history and visit some of its most emblematic places in a comfortable and easy way. During the first part of the tour we will take a bus to Montjuïc mountain, where we will enjoy the views from the cable car and explore the 1992 Olympic area. We will stop at the MNAC viewpoint to take in one of the best panoramas of the city. We will continue by bus along Passeig de Gràcia, one of Barcelona’s most important streets, and see the façades of Gaudí’s iconic buildings such as Casa Batlló and La Pedrera. Back at Estació del Nord, we will start a guided walking tour through the narrow streets of the Gothic Quarter, the oldest part of the city and its historic center. We will begin near the Arc de Triomf and see the exterior of emblematic landmarks such as the Palau de la Música or the Basilica of Santa Maria del Pi. We will continue to Sant Felip Neri Square and walk under the Pont del Bisbe, one of the most photographed spots in the Gothic Quarter, ending the tour at the Cathedral Square. Free afternoon to enjoy this beautiful city and its surroundings. Accommodation at the hotel. (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, depart southwest through an industrial and agricultural area of significant importance in Europe. Arrival in Zaragoza, capital of Aragon, located on the banks of the Ebro River, the largest river in the Iberian Peninsula. Zaragoza, known as Caesar Augusta during the Roman period, played a very important role in Spanish history. Free time to visit the impressive architecture of the Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar. Continue to Madrid. Accommodation at the hotel. (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure south through the land of Don Quixote, “The Man of La Mancha”, passing by the typical inn of Don Quixote in Puerto Lápice. Through the natural pass of “Despeñaperros” we arrive in Andalusia, a region with an enormous heritage from a splendid past. Arrival in Córdoba. Visit to its impressive Mosque‑Cathedral, which will relax our mind and spirit as we stroll through the narrow streets of the Jewish Quarter. In the afternoon, after a short journey of about two hours, arrival in Seville. Accommodation at the hotel. (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, a monumental and panoramic tour of the city, including entrance to the Cathedral, the second largest in the Catholic world after St. Peter’s in Rome. We will also tour the typical Santa Cruz neighborhood, the natural setting of “Carmen” as well as the place where the myth of “Don Juan” developed, the María Luisa Park and Plaza de España… Free afternoon to discover different perspectives and specific flavors of this vibrant city full of light. Breakfast at the hotel and departure east along the Caliphate route to the heart of Andalusia, observing an endless number of olive trees. Arrival in Granada and its incredible and amazing monumental setting, the last bastion of the Nasrid Kingdom of Granada until 1492. Visit to the world‑famous Alhambra complex and the Generalife Gardens, fountains, gardens, courtyards whose views and sounds have inspired authors such as Washington Irving in his “Tales of the Alhambra”. Accommodation at the hotel. In the evening, optional Zambra Flamenco show. (B)

❖ On days with strong winds the cable car may not operate for safety reasons.
